Ordering on the Drop Bear Golf website

    Our store is not that complex, we've invented an awesome golf putter, created some incredible technology, curated cool merch and started a revolution. And, you're invited. 
    As much fun as we have here at DBG HQ, we take our business seriously and always put our customers first. Read that again. It's only part of the commitment to our mission statement. If you are dissatisfied with any product we sell, we want to know about it immediately. Except as noted, all products have a 10-day money-back guarantee and must be returned, unused in their original packaging, hang tags, etc. We will do our very best to rectify the issue, refund if necessary, replace, if desired. It happens. We'll make it right.

Yes, we ship internationally...

    We can't help the cost of shipping. It costs a lot to ship a 38" x 6" x 6" package around the world. And tariffs? Don't get me started...
    Here's what we've done. We know our largest markets right now are the US and here in Australia. So, we have a fulfillment center in the states that only ships our stock Putter.One models (34 and 35, right and left-handed). Here, in Australia, we ship stock and custom Putter.One's from our Pro Shop. Now, that doesn't mean if you live in the US you can't get a custom fit. It only means its going to cost you more—unless you visit Australia and pick one up. That said, we're only offering shipping options that are provided to us.

Important: Pro Shop orders and returns of Putter.One

    Each Putter.One ordered from the Pro Shop is custom-built to your specifications after ordering. Due to the custom nature of this product, returns or exchanges are not accepted except for manufacturer defects of the putter head. In the case of any defects, please contact us. You will be asked to provide photographic evidence of damage(s) before we consider the refund. The refund will not include return shipping to us.
    When placinga. custom order, we ask that you allow an additional 2-3 weeks for fabrication and quality inspection before shipping. Don't worry, we'll keep you up to date on the progress and you'll get a tracking number the second it leaves here.

Yes, we collect. No, we don't share.

    Any customer information you share with us is used only for our purposes. Your email is used to send you promotions and events you've signed up for. You can cancel that agreement, anytime by unsubscribing or letting us know directly. Customer data is only used for the sole purpose of our transactions together (a store purchase) and nothing else. 
    There's big money in big data. We're not in that game and will never share your information outside of our ecosystem here. Concerns? Let us know.

Retail locations? Nope...

    Our store is online. Period. Strike that, comma. While we don't sell directly through any retail outlet, there will be select outposts that showcase Putter.One—that can facilitate ordering, where you can see it in person—all that. We prefer direct-to-you for a host of reasons and the longer we get to know each other, the more we think you'll agree.
